I spent the first decade of my career working in account management at PR and social media marketing agencies. I know the work, the culture, and what it takes to succeed.
Then I pivoted into HR and talent strategy, spending my second decade as a people leader — building hiring processes, recruiting, and hiring hundreds of communications professionals across the industry.
That combination — practitioner and people leader — is what makes this coaching different. I know exactly what hiring managers are looking for, because I was one.
